Description
To assist in the sanitation and maintenance of the Banquet Department's work areas and equipment. Ability to verbally communicate effectively with guests and co-workers. Provide banquet staff with equipment needs and service support. Organize equipment according to B.E.O. and captains requirement. Maintain service aisles and service aisle equipment in a clean and organized manner. Make coffee and pour into coffeepots. Maintain par stock levels of essential inventory. Support banquet waiter staff in providing guest with food and beverage in a timely manner, at appropriate temperatures.
